New Jeep Gladiator for Sale in Cortlandt, NY

The Jeep Gladiator was introduced in 2019 to great acclaim. It continues to grow in popularity with its combination of the off-road prowess of a Jeep Wrangler and the payload and towing capacities of a midsize truck. If you’re looking for a Jeep Gladiator for sale in Cortlandt, New York, come visit us at Bill Volz Westchester to see the great range of Gladiator models.

What Makes the Jeep Gladiator So Popular?

Since its launch, the Jeep Gladiator has captured the hearts of many Americans. It’s based on the iconic Jeep Wrangler four-door model and has similar unmistakable looks. The Gladiator matches the Wrangler’s legendary off-road capabilities but adds the utility of a pickup bed. It’s also the first convertible truck on the market, and its fold-down windshield and removable soft top and doors allow you to feel at one with the scenery on the trails.

The Gladiator is offered in six main trim levels: Sport, Sport S, Overland, Rubicon, Mojave, and High Altitude. You can also choose from three limited editions with the Willys Sport, Willys, and Freedom models, each with its own distinctive design cues. With this choice, you can get the features and styling to suit your individual style.

    Trail Rated

Every Gladiator in our inventory, except the Mojave, wears the hard-earned Trail Rated badge with pride. This truck has undergone rigorous testing in ground clearance, traction, maneuverability, articulation, and water fording. You can be confident that the Gladiator will take you to places that other vehicles would be afraid to go.

Each trim features heavy-duty Dana axles, skid plates, and front and rear tow hooks. Most models feature the Command-Trac part-time, shift-on-the-fly four-wheel-drive system. With the automatic transmission, the available Selec-Trac active full-time four-wheel-drive system provides optimum traction in all conditions by controlling the throttle and braking while traversing harsh terrain, leaving you to focus on steering.

The Rubicon takes capability to another level with the Rock-Trac active 4×4 system with a 4:1 low-gear ratio. Specialized off-road and performance features include a dual-vented hood, front and rear electronic locking differentials, front sway bar disconnect, performance suspension, rock rails, and high clearance fender flares.

The Mojave is specially engineered for high-speed desert and dune driving and trades the Trail Rated for a Desert Rated badge. This model features a unique performance hood, wider-track axles, a suspension lift, FOX shocks, and a front suspension skid plate.

    Power and Performance

Under the Gladiator’s hood is a 3.6-liter V-6 Pentastar engine delivering 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. It’s mated to a six-speed manual transmission or the optional eight-speed automatic transmission that comes standard on the Mojave. You can opt for a 260-horsepower 3.0-liter V-6 EcoDiesel that delivers 442 lb-ft of torque via the eight-speed auto. Depending on the configuration, the Gladiator has a maximum towing capacity of 7,700 pounds and a payload of up to 1,710 pounds.

    Versatile Interior

The Gladiator’s roomy and versatile cabin offers seating for five, with superior back seat space compared to rival pickup crew cabs. Clever storage options mean there’s a place for everything. Rear under-seat storage and lockable storage behind the rear seats provide secure places for valuable items.

Clever design features, such as the weatherproof starter button, ensure you can start your Gladiator, even if the outside weather gets in. After a day of negotiating dusty or muddy trails, the weather-resistant carpet can be removed to reveal drain plugs that allow you to hose out the interior.

Interior features for the Sport trim include a push-button start, durable cloth seats, a 60/40-split rear seat, air conditioning, cruise control, and a tilting and telescoping steering column. The Sport S adds remote keyless entry and power windows and locks.

With the Overland trim, you get proximity keyless entry, upgraded upholstery, a leather-bound steering wheel, dual-zone automatic temperature control, and a 115-volt power outlet. The Gladiator High Altitude adds a touch of elegance with quilted Nappa leather upholstery, premium door panels, caramel interior accents, and platinum chrome trim.

The standard Uconnect 4 infotainment system offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, Bluetooth, voice command, a 7-inch touch screen, three USB ports, and an eight-speaker audio system with an overhead sound bar.

The top three trims feature a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, seven USB ports, and a premium 552-watt Alpine sound system with nine speakers, including an all-weather subwoofer. They also have the Uconnect 4C Nav system with an 8.4-inch touch screen with navigation and off-road pages that provide data such as tilt, pitch, suspension travel, and transmission temperature.

    Safety Features

The Gladiator’s electronic stability control coordinates the electronic roll mitigation, traction control, trailer sway damping, and anti-lock braking systems to help keep you on track. Standard or available safety features include a backup camera, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, cross-path detection, and rear parking sensors.

    Gladiator Accessories

You can equip and personalize your Gladiator with genuine Mopar accessories from our Bill Volz Westchester parts department. Upgrade to a premium soft top or a black or body-color modular hard top with an insulating headliner. The hard top is also available with a flip-top front instead of separate panels.

Stay in the shade while maintaining the open-air thrills with the sun bonnet and half doors or tube doors. Change your windshield for Corning Gorilla Glass, which is three times tougher than regular glass. A range of cargo accessories can be fitted to keep your gear in place on the roughest trails.

An optional factory-installed auxiliary switch group lets you operate accessories such as the winch or LED off-road lights. The front-facing off-road TrailCam helps you navigate around obstacles in front of your Gladiator. For camping and tailgate parties, a dust and water-resistant portable wireless speaker tucks behind the rear seat.
