Jeep lovers sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for news on specific new Jeep vehicles can now sit back and relax. Finally, it’s official that a new Jeep Wrangler pickup is on its way for 2017!

The #JeepScrambler, even though info is sparse throughout Jeep dealerships in NY, is reported to have a 3.6 VVT V-6 engine with 260 horsepower, a six speed transmission and a tough off-road suspension system that all Wranglers are admired for.

Previously, Fiat Chrysler, who owns the Jeep brand, indicated that the Jeep Wrangler would switch to all aluminum composition. Later, however they announced that the Scrambler will have a traditional chassis with aluminum panels.

The Scrambler will be produced in Toledo alongside the new-generation Wrangler SUV. Pricing is expected to begin at $40,000 and it will be available in the first half of 2017. It is still speculation whether or not the roof will be made of removable panels.

Very exciting news from Fiat Chrysler. Keep a watch on our website, www.bvwestchester.com for further news on this vehicle that Jeep lovers have been waiting to hit showroom floors for over ten years.
