Get started on your fitness goals with Every Body by Jacob, a 10-minute drive from Cortlandt, New York, to Peekskill. You can choose in-person or virtual classes with this trainer at his in-home gym. Jacob the trainer is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer specializing in core stability, yoga, and boxing.

There are three packages for training:

At this Pilates studio, there are several classes you can take, which include:

  • Pilates for dancers.

You can book a free group class to try it out before starting a program. This allows you to get an introduction to the center, trainers, and exercises. Fused Fitness focuses on helping individuals gain more energy and learn how to implement sustainable lifestyle choices over the long term.

Yorktown LEVEL Fitness Clubs

The LEVEL Fitness Clubs in Yorktown offers several classes you can take based on your interests. You can take specialty group classes in stationary cycling, circuit training, and HIIT cycling. There are also personal training sessions you can book. Use the fitness club’s site to book your classes, and prices can vary.

To join the memberships, you must be at least 18 years old, and if you’re a minor between the ages of 14 and 17, a guardian must sign you up under their name with proof of your birth date. Guardians must also be present with you while at the gym.

The memberships are no-term commitments, and the prices include:

  • Level one: $19.99 per month plus a $90 enrollment fee.
  • Level two: $29.99 per month plus a $19 enrollment fee.
  • Level three: $39.99 per month with a zero-dollar enrollment fee.

Each level has features like personal training, unlimited access to the home gym, and access to the locker room and sauna.
