The two-door model's fuel efficiency ratings are 23 mpg in the city, 25 mpg on the highway, and 24 mpg combined. The Unlimited version's ratings are 22 mpg in city traffic, 24 mpg on the highway, and 22 mpg combined.
Turbocharged 3.0-Liter Diesel V-6
The Wrangler's diesel version has a power output of 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. The diesel engine generates massive torque, which is useful when driving on steep off-road trails and helps the Wrangler travel more miles than gas-powered ones with the same amount of fuel, especially on longer drives. Its fuel efficiency ratings are 22 mpg in the city, 29 mpg on the highway, and 25 mpg combined.
Hybrid 4xe

The most powerful engine available for the Jeep Wrangler is a 6.4-liter V-8 that can generate up to 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. Given this impressive output, it needs more gas than other engine types. Its fuel efficiency ratings are 13 mpg in city traffic, 17 mpg on the highway, and a combined 14 mpg.
